How to unlock K437 assault rifle in Delta Force

Beware Warfare players.

Season Eclipse Vigil in Delta Force introduced two new weapons, including the K437 assault rifle. Unfortunately, if you wanted to pick it up and jump into Warfare straight away, you can’t. Instead, you need to take a detour through Zero Dam.

Here’s a complete breakdown of how to unlock the K437 assault rifle in Delta Force for both Warfare and Operations.

You can only unlock the K437 by playing Operations. There’s no way to get the weapon through Warfare, but there’ll likely be an event at some point throughout the season to unlock it, similar to the QCQ171 submachine gun during Starfall season, if you prefer to wait.

To find K437, loot weapon crates scattered across the map or grab it off the dead player. The weapon seems to appear mainly on Normal difficulty. This means you need to bring at least 100,000 Tekniq Alloys worth of equipment to be able to play.

On Zero Dam Normal, four weapon crates may contain the new weapon:

  • Two on top of the central building in Cement Plant, next to the Recon device.
  • Two in the red cargo crates north of the Administrative Area.

The Cement Plant is often the easiest to reach, depending on your spawn point, but it’s also one of the most contested areas at the start of the match. You must be lightning-quick, or you’re bound to fight multiple teams. On the other hand, the red crates aren’t as demanded on their own, but still expect company due to the nearby boss and frequent safe spawns.

Find the weapon and then extract with it. This unlocks the K437 for Warfare but doesn’t allow you to buy it from the Gunsmith in Operations. This is a temporary restriction that will likely be lifted after a dedicated event.
