The biggest YouTuber of all time is coming to Twitch, in the wake of controversy.

The most successful YouTuber of all time, Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg, is bringing his content to Twitch for the very first time.

Later today PewDiePie will launch NetGlow, a new Twitch channel. The move was announced in a now-deleted video on his YouTube channel, but a tweet promoting the channel’s launch still exists.

PewDiePie, who has over 54 million YouTube subscribers, made his name on the platform with gaming and comedy content. A series of recent controversies have affected his relationship with YouTube—but PewDiePie reportedly stated that the Twitch channel launch is not related to these issues.

It is unclear what kind of content PewDiePie will be streaming, but the channel is currently listed in the Talk Shows category ahead of the first broadcast.

A Wall Street Journal report in February highlighted a video where PewDiePie had paid two men to hold up a sign with an anti-Semitic message, as well as other potentially offensive jokes as part of his comic videos. The report caused PewDiePie to be dropped by the Disney-owned Maker Studios and YouTube’s YouTube Red program.

In March the Wall Street Journal reported that major brands, including Microsoft, Toyota and Amazon, had their ads featured on videos with racist or other offensive content. In his latest video, PewDiePie joined the chorus of YouTubers claiming the evidence in this report was falsified—though no proof has ever been presented for this claim.
