JasonR Released from Splyce

Splyce has once again made a change to their CS:GO roster.

Splyce announced on Wednesday via their website that they have released Jason "JasonR" Ruchelski from their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team. This is not the first roster change for Splyce recently, as they have also removed two other players.

After not qualifying for the ESL One Cologne major, the team decided to begin roster changes. On June 18, the team decided to let go of Abraham "abE" Fazli and move Andrew "Professor_Chaos" Heintz to the coach role. After all of this, they decided to release JasonR as well.

All of these roster changes did not come as a surprise due to Splyce’s recent performance at events. Recently, Splyce has placed top-eight at CEVO Gfinity Pro-League Season 9 Finals, top-eight at DreamHack Summer and top-14 at the ESL One: Cologne 2016 Qualifier.

“Our new roster is close to finalized and we will have an announcement next week with a full squad,” Splyce stated in their announcement.

The remaining roster is as follows:

  • David "DAVEY" Stafford
  • Arya "arya" Hekmat
  • Andrew "Professor_Chaos" Heintz (Coach)
