Day 2 of the ESL One Cologne North American Qualifier, proved to include great series’, and also included a great viewership experience for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive fans across the globe. Today, we would find out which two teams from the remaining competitors would grab the final spots at ESL One Cologne later this month.
Group A
Tempo Storm vs. Team Liquid Pro
Cache:
– First Half: Tempo (CT) won pistol, Liquid (T) took it 10 – 5.
– Overall: 16 – 10 | Liquid (CT) advanced to the first Semi-Final where they would play Counter Logic Gaming.
Group B
Mythic vs. eLevate
Mirage:
– First Half: Mythic (T) won pistol, took eLv (CT) 8 – 7.
– Overall: 16 – 13 | eLv (T) advance to the second Semi-Final where they would play Cloud9.
Semi-Final 1
Counter Logic Gaming vs. Team Liquid Pro
Cache:
– First Half: CLG (CT) won pistol, took Liquid (T) 12 – 3.
– Overall: 16 – 9 | CLG (T) took a 1-0 lead in the series.
Mirage:
– First Half: Liquid (T) won pistol, took CLG (CT) 9 – 6.
– Overall: 16 – 14 | CLG (T) were the first team to qualify for ESL One Cologne from the offline qualifiers.
Semi-Final 2
Cloud9 vs. eLevate
Inferno:
– First Half: eLv (T) won pistol, C9 (CT) took it 9 – 6.
– Overall: 16 – 7 | C9 (T) took a 1-0 lead in the series.
Cache:
– First Half: eLv (CT) won pistol, C9 (T) took it 10 – 5.
– Overall: 16 – 5 | C9 (CT) took the final spot for ESL One Cologne from the offline qualifiers.
