$25,000 ZOTAC World Cup Event Announced

ZOTAC has announced an anniversary CS:GO tournament.

ZOTAC has announced a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive World Cup to celebrate their 10 year anniversary. The tournament is scheduled to take place from Oct. 24-25 in Hong Kong with six top teams from Asia, Europe, and North America battling it out in a single-elimination, best-of-three bracket for the grand prize of $25,000 and some hardware.

This is ZOTAC's first tournament and winning teams will get a slice of the $25,000 prize pool, with $10,000 being cold, hard cash and an additional $15,000 worth of ZOTAC branded hardware.

Two of the invited teams will go straight to the semifinals, while the remaining four will play a quarterfinal match to secure a spot.

The teams participating are as follows:

  • VG.CyberZen (China)
  • 4dimensioN (Japan)
  • Kinguin (Poland)
  • ENZO (Hong Kong)
  • MVP PK (Korea)
  • Splyce (US, Danish, Canadian, Dutch, Mongolian)
