How to unlock Deadeye Drone scorestreak in Black Ops 7

The Deadeye Drone is one of the brand-new scorestreaks in Call of Duty that’s dropping with Black Ops 7 Season 1 update, and it’s perfect if you want to rain down precision fire from the above.

If picking off enemies with a flying, remote-controlled killing machine sounds like your thing, you’ll definitely want this in your scorestreak loadout.

Here’s a rundown on what the Deadeye Drone does and how to unlock it in BO7.

What is the Deadeye Drone in Black Ops 7?

According to Activision, this Multiplayer-exclusive scorestreak is a “remote-piloted aerial drone equipped with a small-magazine sniper rifle.” Basically, you’re sniping players from the sky while staying completely out of sight, which is pretty nasty. The Season 1 trailer also shows just how badass this gadget is.

It costs 575 score, just slightly above the Skewer, but delivers way more value. While the Skewer focuses on single-target elimination, the Deadeye Drone lets you pick off multiple enemies with ease. You can also crank up its lethality using one of its Overclock abilities:

• Extended Mag: Larger magazine allows for more shots.
• Grenadier: Attached grenade for aerial bombing.

How to unlock Deadeye Drone in BO7

The Deadeye Drone is available as a reward from Black Ops 7 Season 1’s Weekly Challenges, likely around Week 2 since the Ballistic Knife is confirmed as the Week 1 reward.

To unlock it once it goes live, just complete six of weekly challenges across BO7 Multiplayer, Zombies, Co-op Campaign, or Warzone. Each mode offers its own lineup of six tasks, so you can finish all six in one mode or mix them up.

And don’t worry if you miss the week it launches. All weekly challenges remain available for the entire duration of Season 1, so you can unlock the Deadeye Drone at any point before the season wraps up. I’ll update this section with the exact challenges once they’re available.
