Team Kaliber Announce New Roster
Long time Call of Duty organization, Team Kaliber, announced their new lineup earlier today. The lineup consists of Dylan “Theory” McGee, Cole “ColeChan” Chancey, Nick “Happy” Suda, and longtime on-and-off tK player Jevon “Goonjar” Gooljar-Lim. This is a strong lineup of players who have all competed in the Call of Duty World League at different points this year. For an newly formed team, they undoubtedly have a strong lineup heading into MLG Orlando next weekend.
This comes on the heels of a rough year for tK, after finishing in tenth at the CWL Season One playoffs, losing their relegation match to King Papey and being eliminated from playing in Stage Two.
After the relegation tournament, they picked up a new team of Theory, CaLiFa, Xotic, and Holler, hoping to make a splash in the MLG Anaheim Open Bracket. Unfortunately for tK fans, they ran into losses against PNDA Gaming and New Hope eSports to finish top-36 at the tournament.
Shortly after, CaLifa, Xotic, and Holler left, leaving the team in need of three players for Orlando. With their current lineup, they not only can compete well at Orlando but will be looking to qualify for CoD XP in the upcoming online qualifiers.
