The Call of Duty veteran will be teaming with Brett “KlinK” Kovach, Ethan “Bounds” Cordero, and Dawud “Magsy” White under UNiTE Gaming, the organization announced last night.

ProoFy most recently competed with eRa Eternity at the CWL Dallas Open on Dec. 10. After a lackluster top 64 placing, he was released from eRa on Dec. 24.

Six days later, eRa released its entire Call of Duty team and re-signed ProoFy. But the former X Games gold medalist then chose to step down from his spot as the captain of eRa Eternity on Jan. 2.

Klink is most well known for his time with Lethal Gaming, and he entered the WWII season on the Gosu Crew. Magsy, on the other hand, is an up-and-coming player—but he must have some potential if he caught ProoFy’s attention.

Bounds started to make a name for himself in Infinite Warfare, playing for teams like 3sUP, eRa Gaming, and Havok Esports. He most recently earned a top 40 placing at CWL Dallas as a part of 3Kingz Gaming.

UNiTE Gaming is a familiar name for longtime Call of Duty esports fans. The organization housed several prominent players throughout Black Ops II—including James “Clayster” Eubanks, Josiah “Slacked” Berry, Phillip “PHiZZURP” Klemenov, and Adam “KiLLa” Sloss.

ProoFy will look to lead his new team through one of the largest open brackets in Call of Duty history when the CWL New Orleans Open begins on Friday, Jan. 12.
