With a win over eUnited during Saturday’s 2k tournament, and by winning the whole tournament, OpTic Gaming is guarenteed the last pool play spot at ESWC. Ahead of MLG Atlanta, this is a fanatastic confidence boost for a side who placed top-six at MLG Vegas, or at the very least a fall back plan should Atlanta prove the same fate for OpTic.

Along with that, there were several teams that were booted out of the tournament earlier than expected, and with only a few days before the next LAN, this gives a sense of what to expect on the next big stage for CWL LAN League qualification, if you believe in the validity of online results.
