The Fortnite teams with the most players qualified for the World Cup Finals

How many players from your favorite team have qualified for the World Cup?
This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

The Fortnite World Cup Finals in July will be a competition featuring the best players in the world, regardless of their record in previous competitions or their popularity in the community. The Open Qualifiers system ensures that the players who perform the best with the competition’s ruleset are making it to the Solo and Duos competitions.

And while qualifying for the tournament means glory for individual players, it means the same for professional organizations. Several teams, like Team Liquid and Luminosity, have been expanding their Fortnite rosters since the qualifiers started in hopes of fielding the most players at the World Cup. Some organizations have already proven their players are indeed among the best.

We’ll be ranking World Cup teams during the qualifiers based on how many players from their organization have secured a spot in any competition. You’ll see in the table below that each individual qualification of a player will add a point for the player’s team in our leaderboards, so those who’ve qualified for both the Solo and Duos Finals will add two points for their team.

Predictions

Based on the performance of other players, we can assume that some organizations can go up the ranks anytime soon. FaZe Clan still has Turner “Tfue” Tenney and Dennis “Cloak” Lepore trying to qualify for the Duos competition, which they barely missed in week four. E11 should also go up the ranks due to solo qualifications, especially since Tschiiinken and Stompy won the week four Duos competition in Europe even after qualifying in week two.

Big names from other teams have also come close to qualification in previous weeks, such as Team Liquid’s Ryan “Chap” Chaplo and Jake “POACH” Brumleve. Players from teams like Sentinels and 100 Thieves, which are organizations that only have one player qualified so far, should get a spot in the upcoming weeks as well to boost their team rank.

Other than that, any organization can instantly get more players qualified for the World Cup by signing free agents who’ve already booked a spot in the finals.

We’ll update this story every week after the qualifiers conclude.
